Nate Diaz (-230) vs. Melvin Guillard (+210)
Diaz is coming off back-to-back losses for the first time in his career. I won't knock him for losing the Guida fight as Guida uses a disguised form of lay-and-pray in most of his fights (67% of his fights in the UFC have gone to decision, YAWN). Guillard is athletic and has some decent hands but has shown to be susceptible to submissions. Diaz has decent standup in his own right and his ground game is top notch.
Prediction: Nate Diaz (Submission)
Gray Maynard (-278) vs. Roger Huerta (+277)
We got Maynard who's fights are the common cure for insomnia vs. Roger 'Hollywood' Huerta. Maynard is heavily hyped and has a solid record where as Huerta hasn't seen the inside of the octagon in over a year. Bookmakers have Huerta as a significant underdog and that is enough for me to put my money on him to pick up the win. I see this as a decision win either way as their punching power is dubious and I trust both of their submission defenses to be capable. Huerta was showing a lot of potential before he went off to make what i'll guess will be a terrible video-game movie so i'm looking for him to reestablish himself with a win here.

Lots more fights on the card but can't say i'm interested enough in them to take a good look.
